PRO X Multivehicle ATF LV is a full synthetic formulation created to work in a broad range of domestic and foreign automatic transmissions.
Product Application
- Ford vehicles calling for Mercon® LV in the transmission.
- GM vehicles calling for Dexron® VI in the transmission.
- Most Chrysler vehicles, except for CVTs and DCTs.
- Most imported cars and trucks that called for a low-vis ATF.
- Mobile hydraulic systems that call for an ATF as the hydraulic fluid.
- Not suitable for use in transmissions requiring Mercon®, Mercon® SP or a CVT fluid.
Features and Benefits
- Wear Prevention: Ashless antiwear and shear-stable viscometric additives provide excellent protection of metal transmission surfaces including planetary gears, pumps, internal bearings, and bands.
- Fuel Economy: Lower viscosity level improves fuel mileage under all driving conditions.
- Oil Life: Synthetic base stock and outstanding antioxidant properties greatly extend the oil service life in spite of demanding transmission operating conditions.
- Frictional Properties: Premium friction modifier and antishudder additives provide the smooth shifting expected from the transmission and maintain that performance over the life of the fluid.
- Low Temperature Performance: The excellent cold weather fluidity is due to synthetic stocks and flow additives, leading to better shifting at extremely low temperatures and no cold stalling.
- Transmission Cleanliness: Additives prevent deposit and varnish formation on delicate control valves, preventing compromises in shifting.
- Compatibility: Formulated to be compatible with all other transmission fluids of this type.
